I made 440whp on a 91 tune, stock intake (mods in sig). Dyno's for me are a tool, not a definitive HP indicator. That's what the 1/4 mile is for.
440 of an intake and tune?

Seems high, I would have it tested at another dyno if possible.

I'm even MORE disappointed than you are.
Installed the GT350 IM, TB and CAI with full catback but no headers on a 6sp manual.
Base dyno completely stock before any mods was 382 HP / 375 TQ
Tuned dyno with all mods was a whopping 400 HP / 365 TQ. Running 91 octane on a FF tune
Tuned dyno running E85 was a whopping 403 HP / 365 TQ

NOT IMPRESSED . Would love to have some of your guys numbers.
I thought I could get those numbers with just a CAI and tune. Why did I bother with the GT350 IM. And E85 did nothing.
I get that different dynos on different days perform differently. But my numbers are not even close to most others on this forum.
The car is slightly faster but would not call it night and day difference.
I'm a no go on headers now. Why bother for another 5 HP

You need to work with your tuner on this. Something is definitely off. Just so you know, that GT350 intake manifold will cause you to lose peak torque but it'll carry higher, or should anyway. That definitely is not a great example.

I did not expect any boost in torque based on dyno info from the PP3 data observed. I did not go with the PP3 and purchased the parts separately thinking I would see better results with a 3rd party reputable tuner.
My tuner , which did a remote dyno tune session with 3 pulls , says that everything looks good and that is what he expected to see. I voiced my disappointment but it fell on deaf ears. So I guess working with my tuner is not an option.
At least the car has good drivability. Although it idles a little rough when first started on E-85 for about a minute and then it smooths out. I'll put 91 back in when the temps start to fall.
Not sure where to go from here unless I want to spend more money on another tuner. Or as everyone tells me "Just go FI and quit screwing around"

Post the dyno graph. GT350 IM kinda needs headers to shine.

Looks about right. I'm running the GT350 IM with 1 7/8ths header, full catless exhaust, GT350 Intake, and I'm right around 450whp. At least according to the dyno.
What fuel was that on Grim?
Did you run the gt350im before headers? If headers can make an additional 40-50 whp on the same fuel then I may have to invest! I was figuring 20whp bump at best.

Looks like it stops pulling hard after 6k, doesn't make sense though since you got a 350 mani
With your mods + e85 I would at least expect 440-450 whp
But all depends on dyno, day, tons of other factors.
Your best bet is to get it on the 1/4 mile before spending money on another tuner.

Dyno numbers don't mean much IMO, trap speed where its at

yellow 2016 5.0 totaled white 2018 A10 now
I doubt thats going to make 450whp even with headers good luck.

Its pretty hard to make 450whp without cams or a CJ mani.

93 octane.
All the mods were done at once.
Tune was done by JDM.
I think plenty have come close to 450 with the mods I have.

But every dyno is different.

BINGO! Go to the track and get some times. I never bothered to dyno mine. The track is way more fun.
