Big thanks to Brenspeed , they did an awesome job on the install of my roush blower, very professional. It was getting late when the install finished so after a test drive to make sure everything was operating properly the car went straight to the dyno without a cool down period. Im pretty happy with the numbers especially the torque. I feel like the advertised 627hp at the flywheel was reached and for now that's what I wanted. These number are for a bone stock car with mufflers running the phase 1 kit with the most conservative tune. Also these numbers are with no cool down period after a test drive and no external fans. I will get some pics of the install up soon. So much fun on the way home car is just beastly.

I definitely wouldn't complain about those numbers for 627bhp advertised. Congrats!

Very nice!! Does this setup carry any warranty at all since you are running the canned tune?

Any comments on the new found power and torque?

It does. I think I was told I have 6 days from the installation to purchase it for 950 dollars. I thought I would drive it for a couple of days before I make my decision, but I know how I am and I bet I want a smaller pulley and a custome tune here soon so the warranty purchase would be a waste. The fit and finish of the system is oem quality and you can tell ford and roush work together looks like it was meant to be there. I was worried about that with all the grinding on the block posts I've seen I thought it might look terrible but it's just a couple of minor grinds and it fits and looks awesome. I don't have a performance pk so no worries on the k brace for me.

Have you encountered any issues with this set-up now that you've had it for a bit? The collaboration with Ford to engineer and test this system appeals to me.

Im running a roush phase 1 supercharger.

My only complaint is a check engine light will randomly come on for a while then will go off by itself. Most of the time this happens when I'm driving normal not under full power. Tried to use my x4 to read the code but couldn't find any codes with it.
I've got a Lund tune coming that I'm super excited to put on the car, I've read nothing but great reviews of their tunes. I'm taking it back to the dyno after the tune just to see the results of the tune and will post them.

Dang, it seems nothing is 100% just yet.

Thanks for the info, man.

Sure thing , car does drive just like stock until you put your foot in it though. It's a solid kit I'm not worried about reliability at all with it of course I'm running a mild setup for now.

Keep us updated about the Lund tune. I have the exact same setup and ordered a tune for Lund today. Luckly I work at a ford dealership so I shouldn't have any issues programming the pcm back to stock
