I don't see how they can go under the front seat as they loop through the opening about the shoulders and can't pull out of there. The other ends are attached at the bottoms so they way I see it they are stuck there.Well the Rallye 4 is a pretty clean install in a Mustang, IDK about the Quickfit.
The Quickfit appears to have an extra buckle on the lap belt. I'm not sure where that lap belt is supposed to attach. It also doesn't have the quick release to the rear attachment points, so its probably more intrusive to back-seat passengers than the Rallye.
When you're not using the Rallye, you just detach the rear clip and throw the harnesses behind/under the seat and use the stock seatbelts. The rear attachment portion is unobtrusive/flat enough, rear passengers can just sit on it.
