I really like that combo.
My wife and I were dead set on Iconic Silver w/black stripes and we came across this one and never even thought about Iconic Silver with white stripes and the minute we saw it this in person we were blown away and love how it pops and ties in the color on the Recaro seats.

I use chemical guys Diablo gel diluted 3:1 with water in an iK foam sprayer. Let that sit a couple minutes and then agitate with a wheel woolie. Any last bit of brake dust in the corners and crevices I use “the stranger” mitt by chemical guys. It’s full microfiber and easier to work around spokes and tight turns where spokes meet the hub or rim. https://www.chemicalguys.com/the-st...tValue=Category: microfiber-towels-wash-mitts

I wrote the below post on wheel cleaning a couple of years ago, most of which will still apply. Your wheels afford you better access than the PP1 wheels in my thread, although that may be hampered by the larger rotors.

These bristled brushes are the better ones on the market, you will need both. These allow access around the calipers/disks but can cause some mild marring. I use them very gently and only where a microfiber brush wont fit (calipers) -

Have a look into these for a microfiber ones. These are softer and safer on black wheels -

Being Ceramic coated, wheel cleaning should be pretty easy. I would have P&S Brake Buster on hand, and have a iron-remover cleaner such as CarPro Ironx to use every few months. In general, being coated most of the dust will wash off with a rinse. I wrote this post a little while ago in regards to using a car shampoo/soap for wheel cleaning. Using a soap will be kinder to your ceramic coating too.

I would also highly recommend some of these wool finger mitts for cleaning the wheel face and back of the spokes.

And a good quality brush for doing the lug nuts is also important thing to have.

I'm with you Tob. I bought the one that was mentioned on the forum and it's too narrow for our wheels. I'm ready to give it away.
I'm sorry to hear that. Is it just the rears or both front and rear?

I just finished cleaning mine

Z26 pads are the biggest thing that helped me with dust maint
Though I don't own a GT500, I finally gave up fighting dust on my GT, and put on Z23 (or Z26) pads. Instead of looking clean for only 2 days, the wheels now stay clean just as long as the rest of the car.

Even if I DID own a GT500, I would put street pads on it, and then put my track pads back on for track days. It's what I do with my GT now.

But I'm saving this thread because of all the other advice. In general, wheels have a hard life.

Yep. Also The powerstop pad dust is more black than the slight orange or whatever the stock pads leave behind

It adds a step but I don’t try to push anything between the wheel barrel and the brake caliper. I wash everything I can get my hands on with all 4 wheels and then I roll the car a few feet to expose the parts I couldn’t reach.

All four, D. I do stupid things like this pretty regular, i.e., not doing my homework prior to purchase. I failed to follow the "Six P's."

Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss-poor Performance.
