Hello guys, how are the antigravity batteries holding up?

Don’t buy an H5 yet. Yes they fit, and no the cover isn’t affected. But, the car freaks out with the built in BMS. It causes my car to over-voltage and that shuts down systems.
I’ve spoken to the techs at AGB and they are at a loss as to why it’s incompatible with the GT500. Their ATX-20 and 30 don’t have these issues because they don’t have an aggressive BMS system. But, those batteries aren’t designed for day-to-day usage.

Wondering why the ATX is not for everyday use…

It’s not considered a starter battery. It’s more of a “keep it charged on the shelf and slap it in for race day”. I’m adding 2400 watts RMS to my car and I’d quickly kill a battery of that size. Even without the stereo the exhaust valve cycling and other power draws including my dash cam require a longer reserve.

You can turn off the smart charging with Forscan.

I did, and it didn’t fix the problem.
