Don’t buy an H5 yet. Yes they fit, and no the cover isn’t affected. But, the car freaks out with the built in BMS. It causes my car to over-voltage and that shuts down systems.Hello guys, how are the antigravity batteries holding up?

I’ve spoken to the techs at AGB and they are at a loss as to why it’s incompatible with the GT500. Their ATX-20 and 30 don’t have these issues because they don’t have an aggressive BMS system. But, those batteries aren’t designed for day-to-day usage.
It’s not considered a starter battery. It’s more of a “keep it charged on the shelf and slap it in for race day”. I’m adding 2400 watts RMS to my car and I’d quickly kill a battery of that size. Even without the stereo the exhaust valve cycling and other power draws including my dash cam require a longer reserve. Thanks for the heads up!
Wondering why the ATX is not for everyday use…
