OK guys… was thinking on SC a Mach 1 with whipple, tought it was a set and forget thing but then I see people chasing gremlins here and there… so do I have to put extra time to fix problems that will arise and may never fix?
Thanks
JC
Thanks so much for your comments:
I did charge the battery several times…
Battery state of max charge is set to 80%
What I find strange is the value squared off in black:
Hello Guys,
Thanks for all your replies!
Well I did:
-Body Control Module reprogramming to original values from Forscan
-Reset Module
-Reset BMS
-Fully Charged the battery with external charger
No dice... have driven about 20 miles and still reads at 14.5 Volts... wonder if this will damage...
Hello guys…
I did some forscan mods non related to BMS and after that the voltage reading is at a steady 14.5V even after charging the battery and a long trip, car is a 2022 Mach 1 with about 1,000 miles.
The voltage is supposed to drop for efficiency but I can seem to get it to work even...
The li-ion battery might make the car report lower voltage values and that is a good thing, meaning the battery is charging rapidly, when you see higher voltage values will mean the battery is discharged or failing.
I have noticed that steering effort since new was a bit much compared to other cars... thats about all I have to add... did you guys notice the same thing?
