For some odd reason my Ford Pass has started sending me notifications stating that remote features have been disabled for battery optimization.
Another new thing is that while sitting in the car with the radio on, I get a similar message on the Screen.
I’ve never seen either of these before and it is no colder today than any other day. Has anyone else had these messages come through?

How old is your battery ? It may be getting weak with the cold weather.

Mine is a 2019 as well, and the battery has already been replaced. It sat on the lot for about 10 months, and I am sure the battery went flat more than once. It started giving me battery messages after sitting for a week, so I said enough.

Do you use your car every day? if you do, it may be a bad battery which should be under warranty. If you don't use your car often in the winter, that message is fairly common if not connected to a battery tender.

I get the message after a few days of not driving the car.

put it on a battery tender first to see if that’ll wake it up.
Good advice.
I bought my 19 GT on 12/27/19 and it had already had a new battery installed, was on the lot 9 months.
Got it home with 300 miles, placed it on the Battery Tender and have had no APP notifications about the battery.

I got this message for the first time today. 2019 with 1200 miles that hasn't been driven for two weeks exactly.

I’ve owned my 2022 for one month today and just got this message. I live in Florida. The car has 850 miles on it, and I drive it at least every other day. Came here and used the search feature to see if anyone else experienced this.

Shouldn’t happen but you could have a battery going bad. Get it tested. And take it for a nice long drive. :giggle:

The digital dash gauges show 12 volts, but I’ve gotten the message several times today. I’ll call my local Ford dealer next week and see what they recommend.

That could be your problem right there. Mine reads 14v. Get to a local auto parts store that does free battery checks and get it done.

have a conducance type tester.
been getting same messages every other day.
checked today - 100%health, 32% charge - weird as voltmeter indicates its always charging in use. 14.6-.7 in use. 12.3 in am before starting
No issues starting or using it.
On charger with a restore cycle right now.
see what happens, but i predict a new battery very soon.
date code - ~2 years old.
