That could be your problem right there. Mine reads 14v. Get to a local auto parts store that does free battery checks and get it done.
I toggled up the info screen and my car is showing 14.5V. What I said earlier was how I was incorrectly viewing the digital dash graphic. It hasn’t given me the message since that day.

I get this also and I have it on the ford performance battery tender.

The digital dash gauges show 12 volts, but I’ve gotten the message several times today. I’ll call my local Ford dealer next week and see what they recommend.
G'day, try resetting the BMS, battery monitor system. If the voltage is low, the BMS and BCM start shutting down systems in the car. Mine was Playing up even with a new battery, I reset the BMS and back to normal.
