It's one of the things I hate most about the American legal system. If you break into a car or home or business and steal someone's property or money, you're a burglar and a felon. If you KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY take orders for goods or services when your business is failing and you KNOW you can never honor it or pay it back and you take, then law enforcement says gee shucks, there's nothing we can do. It's a civil matter.

Edit - looks like this is their old site that's somehow still operational. You can add to cart, but I haven't tested out the "Checkout" function for fear that it might actually work. Be warned.

We all know the name Curtis Heidel and many know him on a somewhat personal level. It's not secret information. He's named in all of the lawsuits.

Yea it’s been active for a bit. Interesting thing is I follow who I’m sure is a very close friend to him on IG. The friend just got a 350 and is have AR parts being produced for his car with the logo and everything.

man I’m glad I didn’t have the pennies to buy the stuff because If I did, I would be out the money and product. Just did buy once, cry once and went with AJ. Top class

For what it's worth Archetype's site is still up and operational allowing you to add to cart and everything.
