Software update recalls aren't so bad imo.

Glad i didnt rush out and get 1st one done.
It read they expect to have the steering one available in a few months.

I didn't even want to do the first one but I guess ill do both now lol. Got to setup some cameras and warning stickers "you are being recorded, no joy rides" or something.

I didn’t rush out to get the first one or never intended to. This one will be the same.

I plan to wait at least another year if not longer. I still havent got the recalls done on my 1990 f150 that i bought new.

Yeah I am not rushing either. First one is silly but I see why they have to do it. I check my fluids regularly and would know a low brake fluid based on pedal feel and that is if you get a major leak for some reason.

The second one is a little more concerning but I’ve had my car a year and a half and I’ve been on it and never had an issue. I meant 2000 miles and I’m about to go for my second oil change when I get back from Florida and I’ll ask my guy about what they think.

Can't be worse than the sudden tramline with the wide tires on some roads

Same here I have 25K miles and I have not experienced anything strange.

Getting back to the question, how to warn the techs to avoid joy rides? That is my biggest fear. lol

Our roads are perfect. Just ask our governor Newsom. He must drive a tank to work.

Ask for mobile service, that's what I did for the brake fluid recall.
