I was pretty surprised. The tech I had works in and out of the shop. That Ford service van is pretty darn well equipped. Probably some major investment had to be made in the dealership business plans in order to be able to attain some manufacturer
distinction.

Mobile tech came to my work today to do the Brake fluid light recall. Super convenient. Took less than 30 mins. They even said they could come back and do window trim for the sagging headliner! Thanks for bringing it up!

Thanks for heads up. My dealer (Sanderson Ford) is going to do my recall at my home on the 29th. If I lived another mile away, I would have been outside their 25 mile limit and I would have had to use yours (Peoria) only 20 miles from me.

Peoria even sent me an email offering an oil change at my home for $1. But I prefer to do it myself and do a thorough inspection under the car while its up. Hmmm wonder if they would just leave me the Ford oil and filter for me to regift?

Mobile service is great, took the guy 15 minutes, highly recommend.

Some how it decided to rain for those exact 15 minute the car was out of the garage for service, I had just washed it on last Friday

Forgot to post about my rear camera recall done at my home. Despite my reporting camera outages, the tech noted crimping of the wires but since the camera was working now, juts attached a flexible rod to the cable to minimize any future flexing and call them if the camera goes out again and be sure to take a picture showing the failure.

Since this undoubtedly "clears" the recall, not sure if a subsequent failure will be covered.
