I ordered from Chapman the beginning of November 2021. Car was built January 10. (N0093). I guess I just got lucky. Sucks that yours got canceled.

I now have my Mach 1. It arrived at dealer last Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon. It took three hours but I was not complaining , except at the interest rate. Ford increased the MSRP on the car but the dealer did not pass it on and kept the original MSRP. I have taken it out a couple of times and now have 150 miles on it, waiting for it to dry up so I can go out again.. This car is a blast to drive a well worth the wait. I just have to get used to the clutch, I have had an 86 and 96 GT's and the release was a little higher. No big deal this clutch is a dream as is the transmission. I did not have the dealer put on the front license plate holder. In NH it's the law but I heard the police just can't pull you over for that now .
I have a few days off and will be going to the White Mountains here in NH on the Kancamagus should be great colors and a great drive.

Congrats on the car! The Kanc is gorgeous right now. Took the wife for a quick road trip in my Mach 1 on Saturday. Couldn't do any spirited driving due to all the leaf peepers, but was still fun.

I use a Craig's Custom Bracket for the front plate. No issues with the bracket and I highly recommend them. The way I look at it, why give the police a reason to follow me until they find a reason to pull me over.

Drove out to Raleigh this last Wednesday/Thursday and picked up the Mischievous Purple Mach 1 from Capital Ford on Thursday evening. Got to spend a few days with friends, then drove back home last night/this morning. Took a nap and washed the car up a bit. It made the 1250 mile trip without issue. N3812 is safe and sound at home!

It's a cloudy day here in central Oklahoma, so not much color showing through. As I read in a Reddit post, Mischievous Purple is the best black Ford offers

Like a mirror.. We have same color, options, also arrived Thursday (Bay Area), picked up Friday afternoon, took ~ 3 hours.

Did you check if shipping blocks were removed? I asked sales guy - he said “oh yes of course our inspection guys handle all that”. Two seconds later I looked under fender above tire using my phone flash light and guess… big yellow shipping block on the spring. I made sure he was sufficiently embarrassed before he drove it back to racks to have them removed.

Took a little getting used to clutch and shift points (been 30+ years since I owned manual)… after couple days, it’s natural now. For me 3rd and 5th are really close. Also 5th is amazing cause you can easily go from 2nd (~ 40-45 mph), then comfortably straight to 5th if you want, depending on your mood.

Congrats. Last I heard my car was in a rail yard in Illinois. 20 days in on shipping. I’ll get a status update from my dealer Thursday.

I know some guys waited as long as 30-45 days for shipping, so it is what it is. It’s built and on the way, which is all that matters.

I guess mine is backed up another couple weeks now, according to FP its built just waiting in limbo like everyone else

They did ask about a 23. I was told I was a 10 when I ordered originally. Personally I think Chapman decided they were unhappy with the 4% under invoice they agreed to and deprioritized the order. There is no excuse for such an old non hp order to not have been scheduled. It would be interesting to poll the forum orders for the discount amount and who actually got scheduled with them. I know orders way way after mine got made.

I ordered with them 2/16/22 and mine is at least shipped. Delivery date was 10/2-10/9 but no vehicle yet

When they ship mine im going to the dealer cause i know its only a few hrs from factory should be there same day
