The dealer owes you a new decal. Anything else will prove to be far less than satisfactory as time passes. A new decal should not be very difficult to install for someone that knows what they are doing. These decals are not cheap. Get your new one before you regret it...

Took the car in to the dealer today. The local tech referred to SSM 50672 as mentioned by CJ above. I now have to bring the car back when I can leave it for a few days so the tech can pull the struts and check the strut mounts. I then have to wait for the parts to arrive... Did I mention...

I'm curious. What tires are you running? What pressures before and after?

Stock '22 M1 with 10K miles has a clunk when I go over a rise or hill where the front end unloads. It seems to be coming from the driver's side. Clunk occurs when the car is at zero G's as it goes over the apex of the hill. No follow up clunk when it loads again with the weight of the car is...

Truly an exceptional contribution on your part Geoff. I see the lights you are using are 42W. I am interested in more of a driving light as opposed to a fog light installation. Is there any chance that the circuit could handle 100W lights without doing damage or shutting down?
