2022 Official Mach 1 Order Tracking Thread

For me it will be peace of mind, soft tires and 1500 miles home. I don’t know the specifics of how they set them when they leave the factory, but being driven on and off trains and trucks, strapped down and bounced around…The price of a basic alignment is worth it to know where I’m starting and then dial it in after I’m home.

Cheap insurance considering the cost of tires these days. I really would hate to scrub a new set of tires on the way home from the dealer.

Regarding my Ourisman order, initial scheduling build week of 9/19 first moved up to 8/24, then moved to week of 8/29, then moved to week of 9/5, and now supposedly is scheduled for 9/7 so we shall see what further changes take place. Still much better than my Chapman order from November 2021 that I still haven’t heard anything about.

Just checked my email and saw a notification from Ford letting me know my build date got pushed back another week. First was 9/12, then 9/19 and now 9/26. Not the email I was hoping for but at least it was assigned a VIN and planning on getting built. Anybody get a similar email?

Have you reached out to Chapman about your order to see where you are in line? Might be worth checking into. I'm sure there are others that would like to know what they tell you.

Honestly I haven’t reached out recently since my other order has seen more action, I feel like I’ve kind of given up on that order. But yeah maybe tomorrow I’ll shoot them an email just to see if they have any info on what’s going on. A couple of months ago they told me that I was like 3rd in line as far as priority and in parenthesis said that meant I had the 3rd oldest Mach 1 order. Then last month when they were going to be doing the September scheduling I reached out again, and they told my the 6 oldest Mach 1 orders with the 700a and Tremec options were all previewing and were scheduled I believe, yet somehow mine was still not one of them. So I kind of lost trust in what they even tell me because it seems to change from time to time based on what’s convenient to tell me. That along with their lack of price protection and most likely pocketing all the extra checks has made me not particularly feel like waiting extra for that order even though it would be physically closer to pick up than Ourisman.

Well today I got the dreaded email from Ford stating that my production week has moved from 8/29 to 9/5. I am still happy that it is going to be manufactured.

Last email from Ford had my prod date for this week (Aug 15), I saw the status changed to “in production” yesterday. This morning I got an email moving it to next week (Aug 22) … the window sticker is also available now and shows a blend date that matches with that. Just happy it’s still making progress!

Looks like it ought to be "Built" on 8/26, after entering final assembly on your blend date. Good Luck!
