O'Fallon gets some nasty weather so you park the car for 3+ months during winter?I have a 2017 PP and will need new rubber this spring. I'm considering buying a set of these and sticking with the Michelin Pilot Sports in 305/315.I ran it by Steeda with regard to alignment and they said a PP2 setup would be the way to go. I know a lot of people don't like the wheels but freedom of expression with our cars is what makes 6g so great.
Our weather is actually pretty mild. We might get four inches of snow two or three times a year but that's about it. I'm retired so it doesn't bother me at all. My car is a daily driver.O'Fallon gets some nasty weather so you park the car for 3+ months during winter?
10.5 on the front. The HP option comes with 305 on 10" so providing you have the correct offset the 305 will fit.
I know! The wheels I want to swap out to, don't come in 10.5" only 10" with the correct offset.10.5 on the front.
Then look at a site such as Tirerack for the 305, click on specifications, and see what the rim width range is for a 305.I know! The wheels I want to swap out to, don't come in 10.5" only 10" with the correct offset.
unless you're using them for track/hpde/autocross 10" is plenty.I know! The wheels I want to swap out to, don't come in 10.5" only 10" with the correct offset.
Looking at Tire Rack, Michelin has 10.5 as the minimum range for the 305I know! The wheels I want to swap out to, don't come in 10.5" only 10" with the correct offset.
I saw that too, that's why I was asking. Can't imagine 1/2" would make too big a deal, maybe tirerack is wrong?Looking at Tire Rack, Michelin has 10.5 as the minimum range for the 305

SOME 305 run narrow, some 295 run way freaking wide. It depends on the tire. Of course you *can* run a Cup2/PS4(a)S 305 on a 10" and you're not going to end up in a ball of fire but it won't perform at it's best and may have a small chance of rubbing suspension parts or fenders or whatnot. It's a guideline. People are free to ignore it just like the dude on another thread running 245 on a 11" rim.I saw that too, that's why I was asking. Look at the Michelin site, it says the same thing 10.5.I saw that too, that's why I was asking. Can't imagine 1/2" would make too big a deal, maybe tirerack is wrong?
