Oh, and if I had a non-R GT350, I would definitely do the 20s no question - a 295/30/20 and 305/30/20 combo has a bunch of good tires available and the exact same overall diameter as the OE tires. Plus, any good aftermarket 20 is going to be substantially lighter than the OE heavyweights.

20” wheels with Ford Performance lowering springs and sway bars. Quite a bit lower than the 500

Forget the cars, I cannot help but notice the house.
What a great design, it’s giving me ideas as it looks like we’re moving to Wyoming and this will probably be our last home.

I have tried it each way. Originally stayed with 19's in oe fitment but always felt they looked too small on a large car like the S550. Less than 6 months before I had 20's and would not go back. take in mind that this is for a pure street car so maximum performance is not a concern per se.

Another thought, you would not want to run a 35 series tire on a 20" wheel. That would be reaaallyyy tall (dia). Going to a 30 series on a 20" wheel will keep you in the same ball game as 35's on a 19", if that's your goal.
35's on a 20 inch wheel fill the wheel well better than anything without having to lower the car, I only run 35s. 315 35 20 rear 285 35 20 front.

I do agree the tire options and fitments are better and more readily available for the 20" though.

I prefer the 20 inch wheel along with the Ford Performance lowering springs.

this is what I'm going for what size tires are you running and do you know what the clearance is between the front splitter and the road

Hey Mech94 -
20X11 wheels front and rear, 295/30ZR20 front, 305/30ZR20 rear Michelin PS4S
Clearance on the splitter is low. 3 7/8 at the front edge of splitter and tight clearance on 3 1/2 under the main sections of the splitter past the leading edge.

Thank you! Let me know if you would like some more pictures for ideas.

I was a hard no on the place since the house is over 7k sq ft (bigger than I wanted) and it had just a two-car garage (huge, but still two car). So, I told my wife if we bought it, I would need way more garage space. We ended up adding a huge garage that has a patio on top the overlooks the golf course, so it worked out :) My favorite part of the whole house is the bar, there's not a restaurant that rivals it where I live.....

looks like I'm right at where you are on stock wheels and 305/30/19 ps4s on the front with stock springs so maybe going to the 20 with 305/30/20 will give me a bit of clearance since I rub almost everywhere I go

According to tiresize.com and their tire comparison calculator you will gain 1/2" inch by going the 20 inch wheel and tire combo.

I believe I am running a 305/35/R19 on my car. I did chose the MPSS (Michelin Pilot Super Sports). As far as I understand the MPSS are about on par with the MPS4S.

Yes tire size is very limited for the 305/35/R19. MPSS was the best choice for a street tire.

I think the 19" look good on my car with it being lowered, but I agree a 20" would probably look better. With my wheels price and styling were the biggest factor and I liked the price, and I really wanted the 5 spoke design. Also they were way lighter than other similarly styled and priced wheels.
