E85 tune (non-Ford) sees about 35-40 whp alone on the 18 up gen3 coyotes. So a nice gain is possible on a high compression non-turbo car. That warranty is still possible btw, I know. ;).

Yep, the Bullitt is listed as 20hp/0tq. Maybe they’ve found more mid-range torque?
Well the Bullitt also has the GT350 manifold which I think loses some torque to the 18. So in the PP1 or PP2 equivalents that run the 18 manifold will probably see a torque increase over stock.

Today i checked and was told we're 30 days out. We'll see! No specifics on configuration, but they said they have seen some info being released. I have no expectations of high horsepower numbers, just more low to mid range oomph where i drive my stock dd gt. I know from my 13 gt, the ford tune woke up the car on the road and a slight incresse in mpg. However i also know that a custom tune got me more high rpm perf.

The torque loss comes from being locked out. Full IMRC function and there's a negligible difference.

Have you seen any dyno graphs for the 18/GT350 with IMRCs functional (whether vs. locked or vs. the 15-17)?
Like 3 years ago. I did the swap on my 2015 and the car felt the same down low. I'm not gonna bother trying to dig it up.

Hhmmm. . . . Roush Ph1 says 24 hp and 18 tq gain on 91 octane. Probably closer to 30 hp and 20 tq on 93 octane.

I'd be surprised if there was even that much whp to be had on the 18+ kit. At least until going e then that's a different story. Just not much to squeeze out of this engine NA on 91/93.

Unless you re-tune for the higher octane, you're not going to really gain any power by going with more octane than what the tune was initially built for.

In this example, the tune was based on 91 octane, so using 93 won't magically get you more. While the FP tune is more aggressive with base timing, it has less swing +/- so it won't be able to gain too much from continuously adding timing like the stock tune.

For example, the base tune commands in one table some 22* of timing while the advance table can go +10/-10* depending on KR. The FP tune commands 27* in the same table, but can only advance +4/-4* based on KR. The stock tune can gain some decent power by giving it more octane, not so much in the FP tune because it's already pretty aggressive to begin with.

April 3rd for release, only 1 pack. Would not say what the numbers are.
I'm using Roush as a benchmark on this. On the 15-17 PP, Roush PP1 and FPP PP2 were similar (FPP had a TB, Roush didn't). The results were really close (25HP/30ftlbs vs 21HP/24ftlbs advertised). With that in mind, Roush's 18+ PP1 advertises 24HP/18ftlbs. I'm expecting a similar CAI/TB/Tune from Ford with similar results. Personally I'm expecting 20HP/14ftlbs from FPP.

On the other hand, FPP out did Roush on the Ecoboost tune and with a lower octane (31HP/33ftlbs on 93 vs 35HP/76ftlbs on 91) so we may be surprised.

Pfft...tired of waiting for it. Lost interest. If you don't drive your car for a whole week it feels fast anyway.
