If it has the pony on it then we'll really know.. Let's see what name the CUV being announced on 11/17 is. Should give some additional insight into this idea.

Same fate as Dodge Charger!Man, isn't it going to just be great when this thing starts selling by the boatload, and Ford sees no reason to continue production their "single-use platform, high investment cost" 2 door Mustang when their NEW 4 door electric crossover "mustang" is selling in droves?
Can't wait to own one of the last 2 door Mustangs ever made!
The s550 platform is payed for what Ford will do is what they did to the Taurus keep building the same thing year after year with no changes except color and let disinterest kill it.Man, isn't it going to just be great when this thing starts selling by the boatload, and Ford sees no reason to continue production their "single-use platform, high investment cost" 2 door Mustang
As a previous classic Ranchero owner, I'd buy a modern AWD version in a heartbeat. It would do the vast majority of the truck things I need to do.I'll wait for the EcoBoost ranchero
Come on, don’t hold back. Tell us how you really feel.SUV = Stupid Ugly Vehicle.
Don't care who makes it, don't care what it is inspired by, don't care how it drives or what it looks like. It's true across the board.
I just can't get excited about a crossover. They all look the same. Just a jelly bean with different front/rear bumpers. So innovative.
Like a punch to the gutMACh E with a pony
Yes, maybe something like a pony with a big, fat belly and a hunch back.Like a punch to the gut
Now.....if they gave it a different pony, I could live with it........rather like the Bronco has a pony, but it ain't our Mustang one.
LOL sorry. I'm bad about just being blunt. Will work on it.Come on, don’t hold back. Tell us how you really feel.
It does not break the history entirely. You could of still had an Automatic GT500 back in the 60sAnd calling the 2020 GT500 a GT500 breaks with past history because its no longer offered with a manual transmission at all. Sorry Ford, not everyone likes your newest offerings....unless they are a millenial.
auto was an option back then, stick wasn't....now stick isn't even an option, that was my whole point. It does not break the history entirely. You could of still had an Automatic GT500 back in the 60s
