I don't think I would ever consider spending that kind of cash on what is still an MT82 at the end of the day. I don't hate my MT82, it's light years beyond the one that was in my S197.
Exactly. Tremec has the new Magnum XL with DSRM and back up camera support coming in July. Much better option than any MT82. That's where my money is gonna go and then sell the MT82 to get some cash back.

Seen it happen. Ben doesn’t warranty.

The quality has gone down so much. He will give you another bill full price to replace the trans.

Get a t-56. Man I hate to see it.

It looks like you got the trans out fast!

😬 Did all of the fluid leak out? I see it looks like an oily film on the crossmember.

Will you be taking it apart yourself and inspecting the internals? This is the only way to know for sure what’s going on inside, as you’ll be able to put your own eyeballs on it.

I’m very curious to see what it looks like inside. If you do decide to tear into it, here’s my build thread that can serve as a guide for you.

I wonder man, I think Ben is selling fools gold. I would love to see what’s really inside. I just think there’s more stock stuff in there that’s on the brink of failure than he’s letting on. Transmission sure doesn’t hold 2000 horsepower like he claims.

At this point, @16RPG_Turbo can only trust his own eyes to open it up and see what’s going on inside.
