What kind of increase in WHP can I expect on a '20 GT by adding LTH and an E85 tune? Looking at Ultimate Headers or Stainless Works.

I have Ultimate Headers, Steeda x-pipe and (at the time), factory active exhaust and a PMAS CAI kit on my 2019 Bullitt and made 469 rwhp/434 rwtq on E85 (tuned by Lund).

How do you like the headers? They're blower compatible so very interested.

Blower compatible headers?
Per Lethal Performance: Okay so with the cats and boost, the regular ones will NOT hold. They will let go very fast as they are not designed for the temps. You would have to go with a GESI style cat. Kooks calls them GREEN and LTH Exhaust calls them ecoF. But Stainless works/Power offer them as an upgrade too.

I wouldn't run any of those cats listed with boost personally. But you are NA so no worries. If boosting later, address it then.

How does that work? Keep the headers but replace the cats?

Most header companies sell off-road pipes to put in place of the cat pipes.

If you look at this picture you can see there are 3 parts:

1. The 'headers'
2. The cats (or off-road pipes if no cats)
3. The X/H/resonator section

You can easily unbolt and swap parts out.

Well in comparison to NGOT8r Dyno results, I know completely different Dyno, different day, different car, mine made 440 hp with Steeda X Pipe, stock headers, stock active exhaust, E85 tuned by Shaun at AED. 2021 Mach 1 10 speed auto

Dyno calibration and manufacturer matter a lot, which is why directly comparing numbers is kind of a d*ck measuring contest.

I also pulled 440 with e85 LTH and a tune.
