Found this tip online. Keeps gas from dribbling out the vent during fill.
5/8" vinyl tubing 2' long.

You might want to check rear camber.

Today I went to Home Depot to pickup four 4x4” fence posts and 5 bags of concrete mix.

Wow! Can the rear shocks handle that kind of weight without any detrimental effects? Are those 50# or 80# bags of cement?

Five 50 lb bags. The car usually has to handle my 190 lb son in the backseat. 😁

The Home Depot is only 2 miles from my house. I avoided the highway and stuck to the 35 mph residential streets.

Just picked this car up on Tuesday, so I got it sorted this morning. Installed hood struts and a shock tower brace. Updated the Sync software and the nav maps. Also dropped in a trunk mat, and detailed the engine bay. Then I took a nap (I'm old).

Hot dreary muggy day got my courage up this afternoon and went out to the garage. Cleaned the seats with Tuff Stuff and vacuumed the interior, Cleaned the glass and checked under the hood. Found new rock chips, I give up maybe able to repair a few .

Just a K&N Typhoon intake. Nothing from the Mach1. No sensors or tune needed but I'm going to get some dyno time soon and get it mapped properly.
I mainly did it for the sound and on that front it absolutely delivers.

Oh, I also replaced the PoS centre speaker of the B&O hifi with a Dayton item. Much better sound now without the centre overpowering everything with its crashy mids.

Quick tire inspection….Now in the process of buying new tires…Finally saying goodbye to the crappy Nittos!!! Currently running 285/35/19 square and I’m thinking of going staggered and buying two new wheels for the rear. This time I'm going with 285/35/19. 325/30/19 Conti’s

Two mods to the mod. Strapped the tube to the handle and inserted a long 1/2" compression spring to prevent it from kinking.
