I'd bet that they are like the mattress tags. The laws apply to the manufacturer and dealer, but not the end consumer.

Lesson learned: No matter how "cool" your car is, if you're 72 years old, the chicks don't care. LOL!!!

Let me tell you about being old. I remember going to the corner store for my mom, and getting a quart of milk, a loaf of bread, a pack of Pall Malls, and a comic book, for less than a buck. Here in Motown, I think when I started driving in '65, gas was about 23 or 24 cents a gallon.
