You would have to tune the DH to overcome the weight difference but then the Mach 1 gets a tune and on and on......I don't think a Mach 1 would be able to keep up with the new advanced Dark Horse
But MotorTrend said it is the best braking car in the world, so around a track the Mach 1 would struggle.
True. But there's new tunes for the DH, plus the S650s Whimple is superior to the Mach not to forget the DH also Superior intake. Out with the old, in with the new.
No probleema. New tunes just were released for the S650. Plus the DHs intake is superior to the Mach 1, and the S650 Whimple is superior to the S550s hands down. Out with the old, in with the new.

What's the difference again? Few hp at the top of the curve while being heavier? It's just a rebranding of the same thing. Isn't it strange how people mock others who purchase the DH for it's 15 extra little horses, yet are the same people that pay nearly $2,000 for some adjust exhaust? Truth is, by the time you upgrade the GT Premium fully it's only a few thousand away base DH, which has more and better features than the GT Premium. Especially if you fetish is the 6 speed. Can't beat the Tremec against Chinas MT82. Can't even compare the two.
I've only been here one week and seen it all. Desparagging comments about almost all types of Mustangs, especially against DH owners, those who prefer A10s, name it. This is how I feel. All Ford's to me are garbage. I've had so many of them. Most went 4 to 5 years then major problems started. I buy the Mustang because I like it. The one I presently own has not had problems. I've had three Taurus's and four Crown Vics. They were extremely comfortable to drive, yet plagued with problems. I drive the Mustang for what it is, a quick car that's tons of fun.
ThrottleHouse has a clip where they did a track test with the DH+HP & Mach1+HP. The Mach1 was impressive and had a great lap time but the DH beat it (not by much) and bested some damn good cars times on their leaderboard. I was definitely impressed by both the times of both cars. The DH+HP lives up to it's name and Ford hit a homerun with it, IMO.I don't think a Mach 1 would be able to keep up with the new advanced Dark Horse
