Undercarriage rattle - need help tracking down metallic rattle on throttle

Factory exhaust

A metallic rattle comes from underneath the vehicle seemingly after the exhaust and vehicle are at operating temperature ~ 190 deg.

I've been reviewing threads about exhaust hangers breaking and 02 sensors coming lose from the factory exhaust. Visual inspection does not show any of these issues.

If anyone has heard a similar metallic rattle, I would appreciate the feedback or anecdotes. Video attached via Google Drive, thanks!

Hello; Could hear the rattle only slightly. I will figure you have checked to see if the exhaust is hitting anywhere and have not found such. What I have found is if there is a heat shield on a catalytic converter, that can rattle. Had such on my Sentra. The rivets/ pins which held that shield in place had become loose.
I found some heat-resistant material left over from doing a job on an oil furnace. stuffed it between the Cat & the shield. Stopped the rattle. Another possible thing might be rock wool/mineral woold insulation. Or maybe something used on a wood stove.

This said i do not know if your car has such a shield.

Check the emergency brake cable and attaching assembly found under the driver side trans tunnel. This has been a known source of tick/rattle as well and is hard to replicate unless in a certain RPM range. When the cable is loose, it vibrates or raps against the trans tunnel under certain conditions OR could be touching exhaust mid pipe. How to adjust the cable and assembly:

Check the driveshaft center support bearing assembly. There is a small aluminum plate attached to the bottom of it which comes loose and rattles - see this thread:

kind of sounds like an exhaust leak/heat shield rattle

The rear most muffler hanger bolts on my car sometimes vibrate slightly loose and I get a rattle on my car.

Not sure if Ford had a later fix than my 2017 but my similar rattle was the sheet metal plate between the engine and transmission. I cut a piece of insulated aluminum matt to fit the exposed plate and that solved the problem.
