If Roush didn't do the build (that is, if it isn't a factory Roush Mustang, so to speak) I would be super wary. That would mean someone else with unknown skill set and quality control wrenched on the single most complex, expensive piece of the entire car. I drove one modded Mustang before I got my 2015, and walked away from it.

No Mustangs rolled off the Ford line supercharged in 2015. It would have been sent to Roush for modifications. Then (and ONLY then) would Ford warranty the car. If done outside that path, any warranty the car had back then went out the window. I know that doesn't matter now, but it speaks to the possible history of the car.

Personally, I would steer clear of it. If for nothing else, I'd bet that the last owner beat the shit out of that thing for the year they owned it. Probably could be found in a StreetScienceTX Youtube video somewhere.

As other mentioned, the subwoofer is also a clue.

It's clearly not a Roush car. It's a GT with the Roush supercharger kit.

It very well could have been installed at dealer, and if so you get the same 'Roush' warranty.

Either way, the car is 10 years old and has 55k miles on it so that doesn't matter.

Installing a supercharger kit is not rocket science. Plenty of people install them theirselves in their own garage over the weekend.

The problem is they aren't exactly amazing performers from the factory as they 'only' have 500hp (you can upgrade them, of course). A stock 2018+ GT with the A10 will beat it. The 5.4 is expensive to rebuild/replace. They don't have factory widebands.

i recommend a big step back and re-evaluation.

For a little more than 30k you can buy an unmolested Gen3 with low(er) miles. Hell i've seen brand new GTs marked down to 37k (yes I know the s650 is fugly). Then you can drive the car a while and decide if you want to supercharge it, do it yourself so you know what's actually being done to the car. Just my opinion. 30k for a 10 year old GT with FI is crazy.
