I agree, but people pay high performance shops all the time to install things of this nature with no issues. And the seats will be the first to go if I end up buying it.
This kind of comment right here is where you garner the Ex wife response. Someone gives you an opinion and you write a rebuttal. Rebuttals only serve to sound like you've already decided and are defending against a different opinion.
If you have decided, that's fine too but it doesn't alter our opinions any more than our opinions will affect what you decide.

So good luck.

Oh fun, another rebuttal.
I don't think I'm the one that needs thicker skin. But you tell yourself whatever you need to in order to justify what you want to do.

Bottom line. maybe it was modified correctly and maybe not. If you are OK with chasing down an issue on a car like that and don t have to worry about the cost or time then if you like the car go for it. Some of us don t have the time, patients or money. Do you have access to a good shop or are you experienced to handle that sort of thing? all questions you must ask yourself, we are just telling you our opinion . If you have a GT500 then you are in the big boy class already.

You said you were “negotiating” with the dealer but have yet to drive the car? Have you seen it in person? Seems asking for opinions would have been better suited after a visual inspection and test drive. Then negotiate.

You're correct on all fronts, i'm just confused why after I said, I will test drive it and make an informed decision tomorrow, the useless trolls keep chiming in lol, and yes I have a 500, I started the post with "i'm new to the gen 2 S550 platform". Was just looking for objective inputs from the valuable members, and I got that....thank you (again) everyone for your help.

I would avoid SuperCharged cars like the plague, unless you were intimately familiar with it. A car with a Ford Performance tune or something of that ilk wouldn't bother me. A car with a huffer on it...ahh no. Unless you get the car cheap.

he doesn't need thicker skin you need to to stop being an asshole or top trolling.

and i don't mean that to in any way imply you're roid raging with your low T beta ex wife level bullshit complaining. I just mean that you're acting like the kind of tard nobody wants to have around which may account for why you got o a bunch of strangers on the internet for advice because you've either driven away all good counsel in your life or have already rejected their feedback in person.

so here's what you're agreeing to implicitly by continuing this:

we keep making fun of you for being stupid while you show us how stupid you are.

welcome to the internet.

I'm going to just assume you're a troll because the horseshit you're putting up is beyond plausible stupidity.
