It's only a .3" hight different between the 2 diameters, which comes out to .15" in wheel gap. You will never notice that.
For what it's worth the HP wheels are 26.2" in diameter up front. The wheel gap looks just fine on HP cars.
Like what warranty issues? Ford can only deny a warranty repair if it's determined the aftermarket part caused the failure.
There isn't much difference in ride hight between non HP and HP springs on the M1. If you want close to an inch drop go with the Steeda Sport or Dual Rate springs.
I'd love to know your ride hight with this set up. I have steeda sports with HP wheels and tires. I really want to go with 35 profile tires but I'm afraid it might rub on the fender flares.

I agree the first thing would be to definitely check the alignment.
That said, some tire patterns are more prone to tramlining. And the wider the tire, the more noticeable it will be.
