Nice steering wheel. Matches your shifter knob too.. What gloves you planning on wearing to keep it clean.
haha right? As I was installing it I realized I hadn’t thought it through 😂. I will now steer with my knees….

Maybe, I am getting a tune to support the mods, I probably will do E at some point., maybe do a flex tune. It is kinda hard to come by in my area though so will stay on 93 for now.

As for the bark, I went catted, hoping it doesn't bark too loud LOL. At least I have active, I can tone it down to keep the neighbors happy :)
Oh, yeah, it’ll still be plenty loud, even with cats and active exhaust. I ran that combination on my Bullitt for almost 3 years, until I blew out my high flow cats. Now I have race mufflers welded in place of the cats and it’s even louder. I know all cats aren’t created equal, so keep an eye on yours and be alert to any sudden change in your exhaust note which can serve as an early warning signal to possible cat failure.

Installed the BMR cradle and differential bushings last week and also swapped out the 3.73 for the 3.31 differential. Final steps before hopefully in the not to distant future for a ESS purchase.

Going with a tall gear allows you more RPM to build up and get into boost. If you have a forced induction setup, your goal should be to remain in the boost for as long as you can, and a tall gear is a great way to do that. Since I am going the ESS route I figured since I already had the cradle down and the differential out I would go ahead and do the swap now.

Where’d you get the new diff?

I swear I’ve had the worst luck with my current summer set. First winter I took them off (November 2022) had a nail in one of the tires. Never lost pressure so didn’t notice it until I them off the car. Same thing this past fall, never noticed because the tire never lost pressure. Going to be ceramic coating the wheels soon, so made an appointment at Discount Tire tomorrow to get it fixed. Maybe I’ll make it 3 in a row this coming season 🤣

At least it is not near the edge, requiring a new tire.

True. Although I do buy the certificates so it would be replaced if they can’t fix it

@MAGS1 welcome to the club. Drove the car for the first time in a month with the all seasons. Stopped at a Ford Dealership on the way home from dinner to look at the new S650s. Picked it up in the lot. It's a body panel screw. Wtf. Serves me right for lookout at those things.
