Yeah we were discussing that in another thread. At least to me and not having any inside knowledge, once Multimatic gets their hands on it it’s not really S650 as most think of it because of how they carve it up. So at least in my mind’s eye, it’s effectively not an S650 anymore like say a Dark Horse R. If that makes any sense. But yeah, it has to start from somewhere since this isn’t a ground up, bespoke chassis (at least that none of us are aware of).My understanding to date is that a Flat Rock body in white is shipped to MM whereby they proceed to carve it up. If you notice the fabricated rear cradle, it looks to have mounts that then mate with the body, near where the stock ones are. Up front you can see a K-member very similar to stock. While the suspension hardware is radically different than stock, the base foundation that it all attaches to isn't too far from what came on the original BIW.
