Amber lights for the parking lights will only be disabled if you remove the pins from the connector in the passenger footwell. No code will disable those unfortunately. I de-pinned mine and all is well.

Something is tapping on the exhaust. Check the passenger side header pipes to see if there's clearance from the a/c lines, mine were hitting those and I used a pry bar to move the a/c lines just enough out of the way. if that doesn't fix it, jack the car up, get under it and use a rubber mallet...

Might the clutch pedal position connector? Mines manual so it’s connected. If you’re auto I could see why it’s blank.

Forgot the fender liners too! You can trim the non-pp ones but 1) it looks like shit & 2) mine didn’t fit perfectly flush like the pp liners do
