I would change out the belt for a new one and see if it still slips. The rubber shavings are a sign of belt slip or pulley misalignment.Anyone getting belt slip? I am running the 120mm at the moment with the belt supplied from ESS. I switched to E85 this week and noticed my maf load dropped from a peak of 1.8 to a peak of 1.5 and the sensor went from maxing out at 86.68 to now hitting 75. Also I have some rubber shavings around the pulleys and just noticed what looks to be the start of belt damage (photo below). I don’t see any indication of rubbing anywhere and the belt is on the proper rib.
I was wondering if @daSNAK3 was also suffering from belt slip, as I would expect more boost and more power with the 120mm pulley.
Also, for the video/sound from the rear, I think the noise may be coming from the differential and you may need to change your differential fluid and make sure you add Friction Modifier!
Good Luck!
