I think the availability of cheaper parts but that's a double-edged sword. I just bought more things for the Mustang..haha
Power is close to the same with the Vette having more grunt off the line but gets somewhat anemic in the middle. Top end (theoretically speaking ;) ) is more in the Vette's...
A tad over 39K miles. It has some mods done to it but I have all of the stock parts which will go with or be re-installed and I will sell off the aftermarket goodies.
The Bullitt usually catches the eye of an older crowd (well at least not the 19-mid 20's). Therefore it's usually a weekender or occasional car. Sometimes other cars catch their eye and they move on. Sometimes they get tired of it just sitting in the garage all the time.
I have mine for sale...
There's a local shop saying he is a direct dealer so I was wondering if that's even a thing. He may just be saying he can get them.
I understand that HPR has some installation specials which is what this guy is doing as well. He's a good guy so I was just curious, thanks!
Does someone have the link to the video of the weird noise the compressor makes. The ESS guys said it was normal for the gear cut. I'm on my phone and I can't find squat. TIA
In my last car (Saturn Sky) there was no option for a spare. I went on a 3K mile road trip from Dallas to Sturgis, SD and back. No problem whatsoever. I'm back in Dallas and hit a piece of angle iron and rip the side wall. I was totally stranded until family brought my spare wheel/tire to me...
I will tell him about the PCV if he runs a catch can.
Thanks for the well wishes! Ask around about a Laminectomy. My li'l brother just had this done and he had spurs. Not a very established procedure from what he was saying but 4-6 week recovery. Good luck!
Thanks! One doctor suggested PT first but another said it would only delay the ultimate necessity of surgery (he's not a surgeon so it's not just a sales job).
It sucks getting old but it beats the alternative :sunglasses:
