I have a tune from Rob at PBD and there’s a quite a few issues I’m experiencing:
- Car struggling at idle when it’s cold out,
- Check engine code P050A,
- Car driving erratically at low speeds,
- Car buckling down when you go past 6500 rpm, etc.

and I’ve reached out to them about it and still no response

So long story short, go with Wengerd

Got a Tial to test out the Precision BOV being erratic.

What's the fastest way to change out the bov with removing the minimal amount of front body work? Can I go in through the wheel well on the side? Or do I really need to pull off half of the front bumper?

You gotta pull the whole thing! After a few times it becomes just a walk in the park!

Ended up just removing the belly pan and it was a walk in the park! Although keeping the oring seated while stretching the t-bolt clamp around the BOV and IC apparently requires magical powers. Not easy!

It really does. My maf took a dump 2 weeks ago. I had to pull the bumper with one arm still in a sling from my surgery. Luckily I've had it off about 3-4 times so it wasn't too bad with 1 and a half arms. Lol. Took about 2ish hours start to finish in that condition.

-And for you guys that are running or have ran 93 octane, what A/F are you seeing at WOT?.. what range is considered “normal” or “good”.. and what are the “danger zones”?

Not sure yet, apparently Rob left PBD and is taking some time off, so I haven’t been able to get a response

I am not running a centrifugal, but AFR is AFR and I wouldn't like much above 13.5:1 when at WOT and really I felt much better when in the 12's:1. The old saying "lean is mean". A lean engine makes power but it doesn't live very long.

You'd be better off logging lambda and using that as a reference. I see around 10.5 on the built in Gauge and .79 lambda on logs. I know you could go a little leaner and be fine but I DD mine so I'm good where it's at.

For reference I’m seeing quite a bit higher lambse at WOT. No idea if thats ideal but sharing for reference purposes. Looks like at WOT I’m at .88-.95 at WOT . Below is a snap shot of one of my logs showing 100% throttle and the lambse highlighted. Later in the pull lambse holds steady around .88
