Mustang GT Manual 2017 - now sold ☹
I was today years old when I have found the perfect spot for the key fob that keeps falling out of pocket or slides out of tray in front of shifter. The fob locks in perfectly between the cupholder grippers. Just took me 7 years and 3 S550s to realize this.

perfect location to leave the fob when washing the car as it keeps the alarm dis-armed and stops the flashing light parade when moving about outside with the brushes / lance etc

A silicon key condom stop it sliding around in the coin tray :like:

^^ certainly better design than the earlier fob i have, esp when splitting it open to get to the key for manual door opening. Oh for the Kia style with the button release for the key.

Replaced stock woof with Pioneer woof woof. Its a little better, worth the $100.

Heck yea! I did this mod a few weeks ago and it totally changes the sound system drastically (in a positive way)

P1? Strange that mine are not.
Has any one drilled then out? If so, was there any other modifications required?
Mine is a base GT, no one modified them, I ordered from the factory and don’t let anyone else touch my car 😂

My understanding :

Mustangs factory supplied with 'small' front wheels / tyres = vents open
Mustangs factory supplied with 'large' front wheels / tyres = vents closed

Something to do with aerodynamics / efficiency which works against the 'large' variants.

Plus the 'large' variants have the ducts in the belly pan and deflectors on the suspension :like:

Its only because I did a bit of digging when I spotted mine were closed lol

You can see the duct just entering the wheel well (very bottom left) and the deflector on the suspension arm :

The duct on the outer edge still exists :

But the entrance on the front fascia is blocked :like:

Euro / PP1 spec 2020.

I’ll be doing those mods to my car shortly, belly pan and control arms with the happy little fins…
