Had the 2nd oil change today. The tech before going into the pit came to me and said he wanted to let me know it is a privilege to change the oil in my car. I laughed as its just a GT premium.

I was today years old when I have found the perfect spot for the key fob that keeps falling out of pocket or slides out of tray in front of shifter. The fob locks in perfectly between the cupholder grippers. Just took me 7 years and 3 S550s to realize this.

perfect location to leave the fob when washing the car as it keeps the alarm dis-armed and stops the flashing light parade when moving about outside with the brushes / lance etc

^^ certainly better design than the earlier fob i have, esp when splitting it open to get to the key for manual door opening. Oh for the Kia style with the button release for the key.
