yep...one of my favorite channels. Great episode 100 on Currahee where Easy Company trained. JD was recently in ukraine a few weeks ago with his son volunteering. He's a great story teller and keeping this history alive.
Oh yea, I have been watching WW2 in Real Time by Time Ghost army and found JD. I’ve watched all his posts. Does a great job of feeling the story, finding the facts.

I'm putting mine in soon. I didn't realize until recently that the airbox does not have removable top. I guess we have to disconnect and remove the tube at both ends to get the filter out. ?
Yeah, it will be a little bit extra but luckily the tube isn't bad to get on and off so should just be a minor inconvenience.

^^^ LoL, Ok grumpy I see. I've seen some V6 Mustangs with the colored tribars, but maybe they painted them or changed the emblem. Also, don't the S197 Mustang V6 have the colored tribars?
The S197 V6's DID have painted tribars :)

Went and ought these bad boys yesterday - Forgestar D5 17x5 and 17x10 beadlocks. Looking at 16.8 lbs for the front runner and 25.6 for the rear. I definitely don’t need beadlocks at current power level, but they were used and a pretty good price imo.

Now eyes open for some tires to put on them.

MTN - phone mount (400x).gif

Not today, but made a custom wireless charger phone mount - total game changer! =D

Ran a thin micro-USB cable through the dash to the center console outlet. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Cost was about $10 for materials, plus the cost of the charger (iOttie iTap2, was $16 on Amazon Warehouse).

I can do a write-up for this eventually, just dragging my feet.. lol

CoverKing Modastretch. American Muscle has them in stock and I received it in three days. I bought it based on another forum members recommendation.

There it is, love it. Finally when I finish hours of detailing and park in the garage it won’t be covered in dust the next day…

Steeda sells them as well and I feel better about my money going to them than I do to AM for some reason…?

NOTHING, but I did get some motorcycle parts painted Rapid Red. Does that count? Was very close to the original Italian Red pallet, and wil be easy touch up over the years. Is going on a 1976 Moto Guzzi (pronounced Gootsie) Convert.

I pulled it out of a barn and did a complete refresh in 2020. The paint looks fine at 10 feet or more, but was pretty rough close up. Needed paint desperately, and as I have 4 black motorcycles, it was a great opportunity for change. Can't wait to get the body work back on and a few other resto items. Is a V1000 Convert. Uses a Torque convertor, and a dual range gear box (city/highway) and torque convertor. Is like a magic carpet ride.

OK, back to Mustangs............ But from now on this 46 year old Italian wonder will be rocking Ford Mustang Rapid Red........ Eat your heart out Mandello........

A front end photo of the upper and lower grille. Looking to see if anything behind the grille is visible.
Here is one from installing. You can see then cooler behind but that’s about it.

Installed FP clear tails and changed the gt panel for the tri-bar pony

Did you tint these? These look tinted slightly from the Stock FP white lights. Looks great.
