I'm still waiting for a third-party dyno comparison. The post earlier in this thread was 15-20 WHP below common stock numbers from what I've seen.

I have a 2 o'clock time scheduled at "Pure Tuning" for Monday, March 28th for my "Stock" HP on the chassis Dyno. You can check them out at http://www.pure-tuning.com/ if you want. Hopefully I can go back on Tuesday with the "new cats" installed....
Your dyno day go well? Will we be seeing before/after posts tomarrow? I see they utilize a Mustang chassis dyno rather than a Dynojet.

I had my car on the Dyno yesterday and in the “Stock” configuration ( I do have a lethal performance resonator delete X pipe). I am scheduled at 1:00 today for the run with my new “FABSPEED high flow cats installed. Changed them out last night, THEY SOUND AWESOME !!!
Nice perfect fit, definitely a quality product. I think that they fit better than factory.
And I would like to have a discussion with the engineers from Ford who designed that setup. What a pain to get the old ones off…..especially the passenger side. You better have 3 feet of extensions to get that one off…..
The car was running “Rich or Fat” on the big end, that’s what the green line indicated on the first chart

Cool! What does "with WCF" mean? Also how do they compute the engine HP and torque. Seems like they are estimating a ~20% drivetrain loss?

I think that it has to do with the temperature, air density, atmospheric conditions that effect HP. But I'll check when I go at 1:00 today, and yes the engine HP & Torque is a calculation. I guess they use 20% for a manual transmission, I'll see what they use for an automatic transmission

@SL8888 : Nice photos! Appreciate all you are providing. Sure do wish it were a Dynojet using SAE correction factor as Gary had initially posted. Still, today will yield an idea of gains for your car.

Ok guys here are the results in a nutshell, the difference in HP & Torque for my GT-350 at as follows. The best number for Torque before Fabspeed HF Cats is 345.25, after installation best number is 364.76. Which equates to an increase of 19.51 ft pounds at rear wheels.
The best number for HP before Fabspeed HF Cats is 420.59, after installation best number is 438.07. Which equates to an increase of 17.48 HP at the rear wheels. All figures used are “WCF”, Weather Correction Factor. The way I understand those numbers that they represent like a say 80 degree day, certain air density and so forth to allow for an even standard comparison.
My actual numbers were higher because of “improved” air conditions (cold and dense).
Therefore higher HP & Torque numbers. Here’s the supporting information.
My car is still extremely rich on the top end represented by the green line.

I assume on 93 pump gas with winter mix of 10 percent ethanol? Wonder what you would get on VP or Cam2 race gas

Yes Robert , just plain old 93 octane pump gas from Speedway with the "Winter Blend". (Northwest Ohio)
My car also has an "Airaid" filter and the "Lethal Performance" resonator delete X pipe installed. The sound now is AWSOME. Extra "Raspy" on the low end and "Screams" on the high end. I don't know how many more DB, but I love it ! The wife....probably not so much, so I'll leave it in "quiet mode" when she is along...
*And I put 175 miles on since the install, highway, city, spirited, & normal (HaHaHa) with no check engine light.

While they may be hard to get off nothing will ever compare to the OEM cat setup and vibration dampers that went through thousands and thousands of hours of testing unlike Fabspeed. With this said, if these power claims are backed up will definitely look into purchasing, but if they don't I think $2800 is crazy money for 10% more sound from a resonator delete and risking something breaking.

Post # 99 will show what experience that I have on the Dyno, guess that I'm not understanding what you meant by the "risk of something breaking" ?
FWIW, I have done crazier things for a lot more money......
