  1. Ford previews 4-door Mustang hybrid sedan (Mach-4) to dealers

I’ve had two CT4 BW both manual and I can tell you that the chassis is tuned quite well and it’s an agile and sure footed car, with no issues on hanging with any other sports car or sedan on twisty back roads. I’ve also had two Shelby 350s and I’d say on a twisty backroad the BW was more agile...
  2. Ford previews 4-door Mustang hybrid sedan (Mach-4) to dealers

the 4BW and the 5BW sell quite well. Ford may as well get in on performance sedans. The 5BW is a monster, the 4BW (which I used to have) is a nice sports sedan. The 5BW with the precision package is too. I hope Ford does something similar. V8, tuned suspension and manual.
  3. This is a good test of the current market

Yes they move quick. The one I sold to them was sold by them in a week. I hope the person that got it uses the new AC system I had done to it! I’d say they are becoming collectible now which is both good and bad. The only car I’ve owned that got that true collectible status is the Integra Type R...
  4. This is a good test of the current market

Carvana bought my 2020 Shadow Black 350 from me in June for 62k, sold it for 74k. So good low mileage 19 and 20’s can sell for above the original sticker price. That’s pretty amazing.
  5. GT350/R Engine Build Date codes

Could have been built before the switch over.
  6. GT350/R Engine Build Date codes

Be careful with those QR stickers. Don’t use any water or cleaner on them. They come right off. In fact it’s a good idea to cover them with left over xpel or similar coating, for longevity. In my 2018 that had a new engine, I wiped the QR code sticker and wiped it clean!!
  7. Tire Inflation Kit Question

I suspect 30 years from now, when I’m long gone, the Ford OEM goo kit will be very hard to find and for 350 Shelby’s getting restored to concurs level….will be very hard to find. https://modernspare.com/product/2015-2023-for-mustang-spare-tire-kit-options-19/
  8. Tire Inflation Kit Question

Got a cut tire once in my 350, tried the goo and it was worthless. I bought the GT350 kit from Modern spare tire. Tire, wheel, jack and wrench included. And a spacer so it can go on the front or rear tire. The tire was a Pirelli. I would not drive any distance in a 350 without something.
  9. Looking to buy my gt350

If it's the Ford ESP....he HAS to sign to over to you and you pay 50 dollars. If you buy it and he does not sign it, you can't transfer the warranty. Print the form out to have him sign it.
  10. Looking to buy my gt350

Like we said......verify AC works and condition of tires. Otherwise you're looking at 5K or so to get AC fixed and 4 new tires. At that mileage...might need brakes and rotors, that's another few K or so.
  11. Looking to buy my gt350

Maxcare is great. I used it when I bought a used 911 that had a coolant leak and a bad ignition switch a month after I bought the car. The warranty was 2k with a 500 deductible and the repair at a Porsche dealer was 4.5k. They paid no questions asked.
  12. Looking to buy my gt350

I sold my 2020 to Carvana last week, but they don’t have it listed yet. Black with white stripe, tech pack, leather seats. I had the AC fixed in April and new tires. 16k miles. I added the wickerbill. It’s a great car, no issues but I got back in a 911.
  13. Looking to buy my gt350

By now most of these cars will have had 3 to 5 owners. It’s been six years now since the last new one rolled out. No big deal.
  14. Looking to buy my gt350

At high miles it might need brakes and the AC might not be working. Engine and chassis should be fine. Make sure all the drive modes work as they should and if it’s got heated and cooled seats they work too. And obviously tires need to be checked.
  15. Looking to buy my gt350

    Carvana has a few listed
  16. Getting OLD SUCKS!!!

I had hernia surgery yesterday so I’m jacked up on OxyContin today. No driving for a few more days. I’ve had broken bones, bone grafts, tendon transplant and implants…..soft tissue repair really sucks. Time to go pop a happy pill now.
  17. Are people just not buying Mustang GTs (or cars for that matter)?

They might take it then. They might want to plug into the OBDI port and read the levels of the emissions and ready flags. I’d go on a long drive before taking it to them to get the cats up to temp and clear out any flags. I’ve traded cars to them with cat back exhaust and CAI with no issues.
  18. Are people just not buying Mustang GTs (or cars for that matter)?

Yes. They might be ok with the suspension mods, but no way will they take a car with headers and no cats. I’ve sold cars to both of them before and there is a checklist of things they ask about. And if you lie about it, that’s going to bite you in the ass. So the OP might consider of getting rid...
  19. 2020 GT350 HEP Value?

You can go on KBB or other sites, plug in the values they want for car options and mileage and zip code and it’ll give you retail and trade values. I might sell my 2020 shadow black with tech package, leather seats, white stripes, fresh tires and new AC in, Carvana offered me 60k with 15K miles...
  20. Are people just not buying Mustang GTs (or cars for that matter)?

I don't think Carvana or Carmax will take it. With headers and no cats, they would have a hard time selling it or getting past inspections, except for Florida or Texas. Remember that they offer a one week buyback option, so if a person bought it....and had issues....Carmax and Carvana will take...
