Did you leave the tweeters connected or disconnect them after replacing the 3.5s in the doors?
I left them connected. My buddy is going to install some fresh one’s this weekend. After driving it around this afternoon it was quickly obvious they need upgrading.

I've been debating catch cans for a while. I have a Bullitt (so 5.0 Coyotte) and wife has a used F150 3.5 ecoboost.
I've read about potential benefits of them.
Bullitt has 35,3xx miles (will be out of warranty within a week) and wive's has 105,xxx miles. Is it too late to add them, or would I still benefit?

I dont know too much. I just know on my last boosted 5.0 it was a necessity & read a lot about these gen 3s needing them as well. So for insurance sakes, I got one.

I swapped out the rather plain base GT door sills for a set I found on Ebay. They aren't the light up version but they were only $40. Much better IMO

Just need to clean them up a bit and they'll be perfect

I had one and took it off. Benefits exist, but are minor.

....I cussed at it, after sitting on jacks and giving it all new fluids, deleted sound tube, new borla S 3” catback, and awaiting catch can.

I start it up to know have the “infamous” bbq tick, and

my throttle body is randomly ticking sorta loud, maybe a slight bump in idle and a/f guage in the car.

So , is there a reset trick or do I need another throttle body?

If so, anyone got a good used one on you shelf your tired of looking at?,..lol

You can try this:

(1) Push the ON/ accessory starter button (But don't start the engine).

(2) Press the gas pedal slowly all the way down. (Slowly - means about 10 seconds)

(3) Let go of the gas pedal fast so it come back up.

(4) Press the starter button to the OFF position.

(5) Repeat steps 1 to 4 - Two more times then start engine."

Why take it off when it was already installed?
Because it never fit right. I had the UPR radiator mount one and there was a harness in the way that they insisted I should just man handle out of the way to get the can to sit flat. Plus it was rubbing. Not worth it. The harness in question was too taut to move without causing future issues.

I've got the UPR radiator mounted catch-can on my 2015 GT, and it's a tight fit but doesn't touch anything where it's mounted. I know the wire harness you speak of, and sounds like there might be enough difference between model years or in production to make a difference in the area the can mounts. The UPR catch-can on my GT catches about 1 oz every 1000 miles of street driving - no track use.
