Do you know what pulley you're going to use for that?

I hit 880 on the 100mm but on e50 so I was thinking maybe a 90 on e85 would be around 1000
I’m waiting to talk to Brevin about it. I’m not sure if the 100mm 12psi pulley will accomplish it or not. Going with the 10rib system which you can’t choose from on the website.

I’ll will be putting one on my 6speed car. Motor is currently getting built and will be putting a G3X on it. Planning on making 1100+ whp. Motor will handle 1200-1300 but want to keep it safe.
For that amount of power, why not a G4?

Cause I don’t think I need it. Block isn’t getting sleeved but getting cylinder supports so I won’t really be able to turn it up much more. The g3 with the x-impeller upgrade should be plenty on e85

You'd better build that engine...

Had to cut the lower section off of the hose that goes to the throttle body, added a 45 degree elbow to the outlet of the maf tube, trimmed the piece i cut off the bottom and installed that onto the throttle body. I used 3.5 inch aluminum pipe sections to connect it all together. It will work and probably never have a problem, but i am a perfectionist and will come up with something that looks a lot cleaner

Anyone know if this will fit the Mach1 intake without issue? Or am I going to be cutting and hacking as well

Yes, should fit no problem. The throttle body is angled like the factory manifold. The boss intake is higher and the throttle body is angled down instead of up. I believe Brad on here has a gt350 manifold on his which is pretty much the same as what is on the mach one

I believe the Mach 1 shares the Gt350 87mm throttle body. Just make sure to let us know when you order and we will include the Gt350 charge pipe. It will be a direct fit with no cutting or hacking needed!

I have the setup bullitt/mach1 intake on my car with the bullitt/mach 1 87mm TB, like Brevin said just order the charge pipe for gt350 and it works perfect.

Brevin, you don't have currently or have the ability to offer something like this for the cobra jet manifold do you? I have my kit and can certainly work on a custom solution, but would be happy to pay a couple bucks for a "bolt in" solution from ESS.

I think this is the kit I want to go with at a later point. Fits the 6 speed perfect with the gear ratios and at this price point and quality, no brainer. I won't be looking for crazy power either. A solid 600-650 and I'll be happy.

I don’t have a bolt in solution at the moment, but I’m guessing it will fit similarly to the Boss manifold. You will probably have to work on a custom solution. Should be able to just modify and extend the hose we provide.

New 2021 owner here with some ESS questions. I'm looking for a mid 9 second combo that I can daily drive. I sold a 2013 mustang with a Vortech V3 (10.4@137) and just recently sold my 2014 with a VMP 2650 (9.9@141) so a turbo was the clear choice as I worked my way through the different combos - but then I read about these.

1. Is there an easy way to swap the intake to a turbo guard for track days? Seems like its not a simple task.

2. Has anyone logged one of these (G2/G3) and compared them to a P1X or a D1X to see how they compare as far as HP per PSI?

3. People who have already installed them and tracked them - Is there anywhere I can find data on pulley/fuel/weight/times? I'm curious how they stack up.

4. Do I need headers? I like how quiet this car is and I feel like long tubes will be too loud for my taste.

5. How are these with the 10R80s? I'm guessing they pull well up top with the short shift extension.

6. Is there anyone who is UNHAPPY with this choice and switched to a different power adder? What caused the issues for you?

I know this is a lot but I'm going to keep reading and catch up. Any feedback is appreciated!
