I have a couple silicone hoses and couplers ill be trying to route tonight. if not, im goinf back to a stock manifold.
Good Luck! I have to figure out a solution...I love the CJ under the hood. By the time I bought it, ported and custom painted, no way I'm giving it up

Anyone with a 6speed manual running one of these ESS kits? I know folks often suggest a PD blower for manuals but this kit looks too good to overlook.

Yes, there are a few here with 6 speeds. I have the kit on my desk, but still don’t have time to install it in my 6 speed yet.

With a clutch, I feel centris are a better fit - they give the clutch a chance to fully engage before the torque hits. Should help the clutch last a lot longer too

I thought about switching my 3.73s to 4.09s, but installed they were going to cost over 1/3 the price of the kit, so I went with the kit instead.

I could be wrong, but I don’t remember reading anything about anyone running the kit with 4.09s

Being a retired tech I was able to do the gears myself. But it was a big enough job, they ain't coming back out to go boost!

I'll bite, how bout a 6 speed and 4.09's?
I think that would be pretty short. I have the 3.73 and really like that. I agree a centri should be easier on the clutch. I just put in a rxt. The stock one wasn't slipping though. Even still though the kit does get into power early. Around 3200 I'm making 500 ft lbs and by 4700 it's making 600.

So what y’all are saying is don’t worry about being a 6 speed. Boost it and shut up?

I’ll will be putting one on my 6speed car. Motor is currently getting built and will be putting a G3X on it. Planning on making 1100+ whp. Motor will handle 1200-1300 but want to keep it safe.

Do you know what pulley you're going to use for that?

I hit 880 on the 100mm but on e50 so I was thinking maybe a 90 on e85 would be around 1000
