Hi everyone,
This may be a stupid question, but I wanted to see if I could set the record straight. I know the Gen 2 engine came out for the 2019-2020 model year. Do we know when Gen 2 (or GT350R motors) in general started getting swapped into cars that got an engine replacement? I’m looking into a car that is a 2017 model year with a engine replacement completed in 7/2018. I could always verify my pulling the coil cover, but not sure if the dealer would be happy with that idea.
thanks!
