For the past 4 months, I have been calling Ford Performance periodically for a status update. They have always given a build date of "the week of XXXX", and it has always been one week earlier than the most recent Ford emailed date.

I called today and this time they gave me an actual day, Wednesday Sept 22. First time that's ever happened. My most recent Ford email received August 7 gave a production date of Sept 27. Wonder if that means they are actually going to build it this time and not push it back again.

Good for you, sounds promising!

I emailed Ford Performance today if they could tell me what ship my Mach 1 will be sailing on, but they can't see that information.

Good Morning Nick!

On behalf of Ford Performance, I am happy to be able to reach out to you regarding your Mach 1 order. Thank you for being a loyal Ford customer- it's people like yourself that inspire us to come to work in these trying times.

I am proud to let you know that your vehicle has been scheduled for production in late November and will be available for shipment in December! Unfortunately due to your selection of the 'handling package', delivery will be delayed during the winter months, but it will be sent during the first available window, April 10th, on board our newest car transporter, the Titanic.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any future questions or concerns!

-Gary with FP

They are waiting for my Mach to be built so they could ship the remaining two EU Machs together.

Wonder what dealers use for a tire pressure gage.
The side of the tire says 50psi, they gyped me out of 5-8 lbs!

You’re the second one on here that had that happen right after delivery! Terrible luck, sorry to hear

Dilemma...it's been two weeks plus since placing my order with no VIN or Build estimate as of yet (see signature below), very concerned regarding a probable Dec/Jan delivery (my guess) and getting it back to the Seattle area and over the Cascade mountain passes from Iowa. Freak snowfalls routinely occur without much warning, chains required. Mostly though, I'm just really impatient and want to start driving at Mach speed sooner than later!

I've found a Mach 1 close to my build in Iconic Silver in Southern California (Upland Ford in Upland, CA near San Bernardino), though it is a 600A, not a 700A...that said, it has the HP and Recaro Cloth seats, is listed for $61K, and is ready to go play today.

Is the extra cost for the HP and quicker delivery worth the loss of the 700A, leather seats, and the Mach Elite Package (not avail on the non-Premium Mach).

My gut is screaming yes, but I figured I'd throw this out to the Forum experts:-)

I understand your dilemma. Get what you want and don’t sacrifice anything for instant gratification.Picture yourself driving it, can you handle the lower option car at a higher price?

I ve picked up cars in Feb from Fla to update NY snowbelt. You watch weather and leave when you have a clear weather pattern for a few days. If some freak things happens and snow develops ahead you may have to wait one more day where you are. Drove my 911 home in feb on a beautiful winters day. Looks to me like you are giving up too many things you want to get this car. If it was one item, maybe. BTW I m sure your ordered car cost less with a better deal too.

have you talked to that dealer? very common in california to list a car at msrp and show you the adm when you get there in person.
i would stick with what you ordered and not settle in any case. if you get to the east side of the mountains and cant get over, i'll rent a trailer and come get you :cwl:
