I test drove my dark horse which is like $74000 out the door including a $5000 markup (it was $7k but they dropped it by $2k to entice me when I told them I didnāt want it anymore). I had bought a 23 Mach 1 thinking I would trade it in for the dark horse when it becomes available. Well the Mach...
Most people, whether they realize it or not,
just tend to like what they think other people that they identify with also like.
itās kind of a feed back loop. One person says the sound is intoxicating and then someone else sees that and is like āyeah itās the best thing everā. I too should...
Iāve seen it in person. I saw 3 s650s in 2 days this past week. I actually like the front and rear end. I like the screens too. I just donāt really like using the touch screen for radio and hvac.
All I need is a manual that sounds good. Iāve never wanted more ever since I decided to switch to manual. Even though my M1 6spd is capable of so much more, Iām so happy just driving it on the street like a normal car.
imo you have to give gas while the clutch is still matching the next gear speed. At least if you want to be quicker that is.
People will say that these cars can take the abuse (not that a little bit of slipping is abuse; slipping a little is what the clutch is made for). But then thereās also...
Pretty much just have to try different things until you get the result you want. If I was you Iād be happy with that shifting speed. But I donāt drag race. I just like to do what feels right.
Wanted a truck with a v8. Wife said a truck is too big. Started looking at all v8 vehicles. A white mustang came up in my search. My wife said she always wanted a mustang. The rest is history.
I would welcome a more usable back seat. Wouldnāt consider it if a manual transmission wasnāt an option though. I would also welcome better build quality.
could have been. It was used and had a corsa extreme catback on it when I bought it. So who knows what else was done to it. Maybe suspension mods. The suspension was seriously messed up by the time I traded it in now that you mention it.
I will have to try a non magneride mustang now to see...
I get where youāre going with this. But the dual throttle bodies allow the gt to make the same power as Bullitt despite having to meet tighter emissions regulations now. It sucks that if we didnāt have to go down on power after the 2021 MY, weād be making a lot more power from the factory.
I had a 2016 gt premium. That ride was really harsh. Especially on uneven roads. Now my mach 1, because of magneride, feels so much smoother. Even on uneven roads. I wish my volvo xc40 had air suspension, because sometimes it feels like my Mach 1 is a better ride than it with the magneride.
