did you watch the guy work? I watched one the other day and granted his clientele that day wasn't what I'd call high brow but he used the same rags on the lower body and wheels as he did the hood and roof. My cars sit outside in all weather and go to a touchless car-wash at a gasoline station once every 4-6 weeks but even I couldn't help but yelp 'NO!' when I saw it.

Took my wife's car to a well reviewed local place. Lots of piano black in the interior; came out all smudged. Sent it back... Piano black is a litmus test.
