Finally got around to installing my short shifter conversion from White Madness garage, knob from WC Lathe Werks, and wicker bill from ZL1 addons. The wicker is gonna be so hard to keep clean, but it looks great out the rearview mirror. I have a manual trim ring/boot coming in and a new boot already waiting and I think I'll be done with installs for now.

Pics (ft the other car) cuz the forum doesn't like my portrait layout

Edit: that's actually a lie. I have a Cervinis upper/lower and VelossaTech's intakes to install too. I'm almost caught up

No alcohol sales in my area on Sunday. A little wash-up and ceramic detail therapy. Then tucked away from the coming rain this afternoon...

How is that even possible? Any performance tire I've had is bald before 20k miles. I might have to try Pirelli.
God please don’t. They are absolute trash. I’m at 12.5K miles and I’m just hoping mine go bald by 20K. They suck in all seasons I can’t ever get traction.

Today was Jacking Rail Installation Day!
Smooth Easy Install! 👍

Next week is a threatening letter to that “Stinking Groundhog”! He better not predict (6) more weeks of winter! If he knows what’s good for him!

I agree ran a Pirelli, on a Harley I once had, replacing an Avon. That I thought sucked, the Pirelli was 10% less suck. Would not put a Pirelli on a bicycle.

For today, drove the car, It is GOOD to own a Mustang.

Performed first oil change @ 3626mi. OLM @ 23%. Tried Rhino ramps. After 4th try I gave up. They kept shooting out - will return those...Good thing I have the Steeda jacking rails :like:. Once I got past the draining process with the horrible factory plug I installed my Ronin plug that’s been sitting around for a few months. Found a few chucks of metal and a lot of glidder in the bottom of the “brand new plastic drain pan”. I know it’s the first oil change but in all my cars this is the most I’ve seen. It hasn’t used much oil and no tick before or after oil change. I did purchase a six pack of UOAs from Blackstone. Bottled one up from this first oil change to start a baseline. BTW Went M1. 5w-20.

That's pretty bad, I never saw even close to that much glitter when I did my first oil change at 2850. Cut the filter open, it was either stuck in bypass (hopefully) or its' clogged solid with metal.

I was thinking about cutting it open. I did pull it out of the trash. What’s the best way to cut it open without adding more metal into the mix?
