I don't think I've ever seen the gauge budge in my PP. A big perk of the PP to me was that I didn't have to option the HD cooling on top of it. In TX, HD cooling is a must, and when the engine gets up to temp, it just stays there. A take-out HD radiator might be $100 if you can find one locally.
If you go back some, I believe he was talking about oil temperature "getting into the yellow", not coolant temperature getting too high. Maybe FreePenguin can clarify. Sounds like he needs an oil cooler instead of a larger radiator.

1300whp here, stock radiator. Just saying.
I didn't say I have their radiator
I have a single core v6 radiator on the truck.
I said I have mishimoto parts. Don't assume.

Why not download the offline maps for the entire areas your going to travel in. They update automatically every 30 days and you'll never have to use that outdated car gps again.

I don't always know when I'm going out of service or where I am going

You don't jump in your car on a whim and drive across the country on 2 lanes?
Maybe that's why I have put 25,000 miles on my focus since may.

Got gas...

2.15/93/Costco

Costco and Sams club is only place I fill my ecobost up, its literally like 80-90c cheaper than any other gas station for 93 fuel. 87 is like 5-10cents cheaper. not as much savings, but I wouldn't of tuned my Ecoboost without Sams club 5 mins down road honestly.

Not trying to start a big debate, rather just trying to help but not all 93 is the same, literally. Not really a big deal if you’re just a cruiser but if you spent money on a tune and are trying to wring out every bit of performance you might be doing yourself a disservice using the cheap places like Costco or GetGo.

Sorry, too late. Costco is Top Tier gas and has been tested at full octane at stations across the nation. Their gas is also the freshest as they turn over their tanks faster than anyone else out there.
OK, I’m done now.

I don't know why but I get more mpg's from Costco fuel than anywhere else, but imo 93 is 93 to me. haven't ever noticed a difference other than mpg, engine never knockss or anything from other fuels, im not logging data or anything but just driving, no difference.

car was feeling wonky after fill ups and I started blaming fuel, but ended up being evaporated purse valve, swapped it 25 dollars and been golden.

okay will do. Didn’t mean to ruffle feathers.

I am curious though as to why you see many dyno pulls pulling timing, then finding out they filled up at XYZ, then they add some type of octane booster and things magically get back to normal/where it should be. ??

I reckon the money saved buying 93 at Costco for a year allows me to order a 200 gallon pallet of '93 from a custom mixer, for HPDE use? Or I just buy my track day gas out in WInchester where the street price is way lower anyway...
