Damn silver on fords look good ! Also that makes me want a ST, those cars are a lot of fun !
I had an '18 ST before I got the GT. It was a lot of fun. But the raw power of the GT is even more fun to play with.

Checked my oil level today. All systems go.

So you have a PP1 and just replaced the rear to FP track shocks? I also have a PP1 and thinking of doing the same when I lower the car with BMR min drop springs. I was think about replacing all 4 but if just the rear shocks made a difference I might go that route.
Yes! I wasn't sure how it would work but the OEM struts on the PP1 are pretty good and pair nicely with the FP Track shocks. The PP1 shocks, should be removed and taken to the auto recycler. I got a decent deal on the shocks and I thought if that if I still wasn't happy, I would just buy a set of FP Track struts too. The car rides great now. No longer crashing over bumps but feels tight and in control. So glad I did this. I am also thinking about the BMR springs as the next step.

I just have the base struts and shocks and was thinking of replacing the rears to begin with. They are junk. Heck the front struts aren't anything to brag about. It's the rears though that are really disappointing.

How is the K member brace?

I have a Steeda brace in my garage but every time I put it on it makes a groaning noise while driving.

Any noises? Feel better?
Hi Aaron,

Please shoot me your contact info - not sure why you would be hearing a groaning noise while driving. We can have our tech look into this issue for you

Nothing too serious... installed some gently used Ford Performance Track shocks that I bought from a member here. I couldn't live with the bounce and unsettled feeling in the rear that this car has. Drove it down some fairly rough roads on my way to work and I have to say these shocks are what should have come on the PP1 cars from the factory. The bounce is all but gone and the front and rear have a similar feel when impacting imperfections in the road. A much more balanced feeling front to rear. Whereas before I felt like the back was being tossed up and down instead of absorbing the impacts.
Do the Ford Performance track shocks have adjustable damping?
