So cool. Now if I could just get to those tracks!
It would be difficult to reach all but two of them: Willow Springs and Chuckwalla are the only ones who are not RIP. There are some pages on my Web site that describe or highlight the other tracks and activities. Also access 8mm in-car from a few of them.

Background on my tracks record: The Track Decals (from Trackdecals.com) represent the courses I've driven in my cars as fast as I could get us to go. Starting on the left, front stripe, they are Old Riverside, Tijuana Playas, Willow Springs, Old Holtville Long and Short, and Old Tijuana Airport. Right stripe are New Riverside, Ontario Motor Speedway, Carlsbad Raceway, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, and Coronado Speed Fest course (I need to make an asterisk for the last one—it was just a parade lap, but I did use a little cornering rubber). I didn't plan it this way, but it seems the stripes are segregated (except for New Riverside): Left stripe is all courses I raced 'wheel-to-wheel' on; Right stripe is Solo One time trials and/or 'track days', with noted exceptions.

That's pretty cool man. So many people are either hard-parkers or race on the street. I appreciate the pedigree.

Clay barred the GT today. It really made a difference!

Any Clay bar is an excellent way to clean the finish. And when done the difference seen stands out, did you polish after?

well done!

Typically not a big fan of mothers, but too their credit. The clay bar package has a bigger clay bar.

Not yet. We’ve been grounded, so lots of time to finish the detailing. Will use some or all of these as required.

Today I installed a 5Spurs start/stop button and arm rest.
I ordered the button as a red blank because I'm strange like that. To install it I used the pick method from a CJPP video.
The arm rest is well made and very comfortable, especially with the MT because the cup holders are essentially useless. It's made of real leather, the texture, stitching and color are a perfect match.

Is that a weighted shift knob? Also do you know if that company makes a weighted white one?

Yes, it's stainless steel from WC Lathe Werks. Not sure what they offer color wise, but I'm happy with it.

On one hand if there was a time for weekends to be rainy it’s while under stay at home orders. However one can only watch so much Netflix. The last three weekends, assuming tomorrow’s 80% forecast holds, have been shit.

I want to give the car a full detail and fiddle around with it and be outside. Wash, wax, clay, under the hood...any thing I can clean. Just to be outside.

I’m doing a couple days in the office a week and today was one so I decided to bust it Out of the garage and drive it. Yay?

So much for the new parts ..after work .. while driving in the rain went through some roaring water going through the street and the new front splitter ,chin spoiler and ZL1 add-ons GT 500 style fender flares ripped off in a quick second. Guess I'll be putting my roush front chin spoiler back on ... Probably about $700 - $800 in damage good way to start the weekend ..maybe I'll huff some paint in my Corona mask and go to sleep..

Man sorry to hear that. That sucks to invest in those parts and the work that it took to come off so quickly.

How do like those caliper covers? Any rubbing issues? Been debating getting them but so many mixed reviews out there.
