I'll pick up on that. The answer is probably. Haven't seen the particulars but I find it funny that most of the rulings Trump loses in NY get overturned at a higher court.

How hard for the NY attorney general(s), who have made it clear they are partisan hacks, to find a sympathetic judge to go after Trump? Trump donated almost all funds in his fund to charities with minimal overhead. Contrast that to Clinton in Haiti, it's a fucking joke.

I think personally my problem is that it's obvious they are just going after Trump to go after Trump. It's only a big political nothing-burger.

They spent 2 years on Russia Collusion. There was zero evidence that Trump did anything, but they still constantly harped on it and how they were going to impeach over it.

Then Trump Russia Collusion was proven wrong. Now they are on to the next thing. No apology, no saying we were wrong, nothing. Just another story they are telling with no facts/crimes/whatever behind it. Once it's proven to be wrong/no crime/etc., they will go onto the next thing.

Why anyone would still think Trump actually has done something wrong after seeing what happened during the last two years is completely beyond me.

They see wrongdoing in everything he does because it's easier than looking in the mirror and self examining a bunch of ignorant, childish thugs that have been crying for almost 3 years about losing a sure thing election. They tried taking their ball and going home but America just shrugged and got a new ball out. Now they won't be happy until they completely destroy the whole ball field and everyone who went on playing without them. It is really sad seeing adults who are being paid to help this country consumed by hate so much that this is the only thing they can do. Its also sad to see Americans so wrapped up in it they will believe every slander and lie from any source if it makes Trump look bad. Half of this country hated Obama but they were adult enough to try and keep doing their job. They were adult enough to not try and push senseless impeachment through with only a year to go til election. I really hope for this country that every time we have a majority party in control of the house they don't try to pull this impeachment crap even if the next Pres is a dem.

But I bet you are fine with the President being constantly investigated by his political enemies.

Trump (and others like Giuliani) used the excuse of "investigating criminal activity" to try and dig up dirt on Biden, thereby using the power of his office to benifit himself, which in turn is criminal activity. That's why all the whistle blower red flags got set off.

Maybe part of becoming the POTUS would be to pass a stringent validation test on how to uphold the office in a moral and lawful manner. Should go for any office of government.

All of this wouldn't have gotten this far if it was all smoke and mirrors. Our government was designed to put checks and balances on how people in office can operate. Let the investigation sort it out, that's what the laws are for.

Some of the "dealings" could be boarderline, but it's focus is not for the specific purpose of personal benifit for someone in high office.

This time, he was looking for dirt again except on a potential political rival, and got caught extorting the Ukrainian President!
